Job Title: Transport Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily subcontractor management, including scheduling and compliance.
  • Coordinate with mechanics at our Midwest Depot for vehicle servicing, compliance, maintenance, and subcontractor audits.
  • Manage compliance, motivate, and lead a team of company drivers and subcontractors.
  • Provide reports on fleet compliance, daily tonnage reconciliation, and KPIs to the Managing Director in coordination with the administration team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in compliance supervision within transport or operations management in the bulk haulage industry of WA.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of trucking equipment related to side-tippers and associated safety hardware and compliance systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport management platforms, with the ability to innovate.

  • This role can be performed from Geraldton or Perth, depending on the candidate's preference, with minimal on-ground presence required monthly.

About This Role:

  • This leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director and includes oversight of Compliance, Maintenance Coordination, Scheduling, and Subcontractor Management.
