Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement and Contract Management Professional to join our team within the Public Sector.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration of contracts, ensuring procurement compliance, risk management, and value for money in accordance with WA Government policies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer contracts in accordance with government policies and procedures
  • Coordinate procurement activities
  • Conduct schedules and sorting out priorities to match the needs of the project
  • Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and reporting systems
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure contract milestones are achieved
  • Assist in risk management, audit compliance, and performance reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in contract or procurement administration, preferably within a government or infrastructure-related environment
  • Understanding of the WA public sector procurement framework and relevant legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands

Benefits:
