Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Membership Services Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills.

This position will involve greeting and farewelling all members and guests, monitoring club access, answering questions and handling member complaints, explaining the Judgement Free Zone (JFZ), taking information calls and messages, giving club tours, selling memberships and completing membership agreements, operating the Point-of-Sale system and collecting past due accounts, making appointments for PE @ PF hourly sessions, organizing and maintaining the customer service front desk, completing member welcome calls, performing daily cleaning tasks as assigned by management team, conducting club walk-arounds, assisting with club housekeeping and restocking locker room supplies, and completing beginning and end of day procedures.

As a successful candidate, you will have previous customer service experience, hold a Certificate 3 in Fitness, possess current First Aid and CPR certification, and hold a Working with Children certificate/number NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD or similar. You will also be required to obtain a National Police Check certificate within 12 months of application date.
