Fitness Operations Manager
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our fitness clubs. You will be driving membership sales, overseeing gym operations, and implementing retention strategies to increase club profitability and performance.
You will lead by example, taking ownership of the club's success and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales plans, creating a vibrant and fun club culture, and promoting the club brand within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Club Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive membership sales, achieve KPIs and sales targets, and develop and implement marketing and sales plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Personal Trainers/Trainees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee gym operations, maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the club, and ensure processes and guidelines are followed at all times.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience and ability, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fitness Industry Experience: Fitness industry experience, with a good understanding of the market and its trends.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to members and customers.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, members, and customers.
- Passion for Fitness: A passion for fitness, health, and wellness, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and experiences.
- Target-Driven: Target-driven and able to work towards achieving set targets and goals.
- Flexibility: Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as required.
