Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and drive the success of our club. As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

You will have a broad range of responsibilities across all facets of the business, from managing a team of Personal Trainers/Trainees to maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the club. Your goal will be to create a vibrant, fun and positive club culture that fosters engagement and loyalty among members.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and take ownership of the club's success

  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets

  • Proactively seek out and generate new sales leads and referrals

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales plans

  • Manage a team of Personal Trainers/Trainees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the club

  • Ensure processes and guidelines are followed at all times

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and ability to drive results

  • Fitness industry experience with a strong understanding of customer service principles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, members and external stakeholders

  • A passion for fitness, health and wellness with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences

  • Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving set targets and objectives

  • Ability to plan and follow a schedule when required, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Well-presented and professional with a friendly personality and likeable disposition

  • Ability to learn and follow new systems and processes, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in a fast-paced environment
