TyreSense Technical Support Role

Provide expert technical support for our systems, collaborating with key stakeholders and training end users.
- Travel regularly throughout Queensland to deliver high-quality support services at mining operations and corporate offices.
- Conduct system audits and health checks, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for hardware and system replacements.
- Perform product installations at OEM facilities and client mining operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Train and upskill key end users, assisting sales staff with technical queries and application scoping.
- Analyse the value of our offerings, providing recommendations for product improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in Auto Electrical, Electronics, or Communications.
- Experience with power and hand tools.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in various software systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with risk assessment and hazard identification processes.
- A commitment to a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding drug and alcohol use.
- A current C Class Driver's Licence.
