Rimex Wheel Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our TyreSense team in Mackay.
This role involves providing technical support for our systems and collaborating with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
You will support both hardware and software platforms, train end users, and develop solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Based at our Queensland office in Mackay your role will include:
Travel regularly throughout Queensland to provide support for the TyreSense product at mining operations and corporate offices.
Conduct system audits and health checks, providing recommendations for hardware and system replacements to ensure optimal reliability of TyreSense.
Perform product installations at OEM facilities and client mining operations, ensuring adherence to TyreSense standards.
Train and upskill key end users and assist RIMEX sales staff with technical queries and application scoping.
Analyse the value of TyreSense offerings and provide recommendations for product health improvements.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have:
A background in Auto Electrical, Electronics, or Communications.
(Whilst desirable not essential)
Experience with power and hand tools.
Strong computer skills and the ability to use various software systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to safely handle equipment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with risk assessment and hazard identification processes.
A commitment to our strict zero drug and alcohol tolerance policy.
A current C Class Driver's Licence.
