TyreSense Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Mackay.
Key Responsibilities:- Travel regularly throughout Queensland to provide support for the TyreSense product at mining operations and corporate offices.
- Conduct system audits and health checks, providing recommendations for hardware and system replacements to ensure optimal reliability of TyreSense.
- Perform product installations at OEM facilities and client mining operations, ensuring adherence to TyreSense standards.
- Train and upskill key end users and assist sales staff with technical queries and application scoping.
- Analyse the value of TyreSense offerings and provide recommendations for product health improvements.
- A background in Auto Electrical, Electronics, or Communications is desirable.
- Experience with power and hand tools is essential.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to use various software systems are required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to safely handle equipment are necessary.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with risk assessment and hazard identification processes are expected.
- A commitment to our strict zero drug and alcohol tolerance policy is mandatory.
- A current C Class Driver's Licence is required.
