Bye Bambi is seeking a creative, detail-driven Production Coordinator to join our team and help bring our visions to life.

This role oversees the entire production process from first concept to final delivery, ensuring designs are translated into high-quality, beautifully finished garments. You will work closely with designers, suppliers, and our in-house team to manage timelines, budgets, and quality at every stage.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for the brand, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in executing every detail with precision. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and ready to take full ownership of production timelines and design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of production from design handover to delivery.
• Work closely with designers to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility for manufacturing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Create and manage detailed production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout production to uphold Bye Bambi's standards.
• Research and source sustainable materials and innovative production techniques.
• Assist with cost analysis and budgeting for production runs.
• Support the design team with mood boards, sample requests, and garment specifications.
• Stay across industry trends and competitor production practices.
• Prepare CADs and technical drawings where possible (preferred, not essential).
• Present designs and samples for internal feedback.
• Raise purchase orders and allocate costs to products.
• Address potential delays, keeping the internal team updated and problem-solving as needed.

What you will bring

• Strong understanding of garment production and technical design.
• Experience managing end-to-end production processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to resolve issues quickly.
• Commitment to cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of compliance, ethical manufacturing, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in production management tools such as PLM systems, Excel, or Adobe Illustrator.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use production data to improve processes.
