We are seeking a seasoned Digital Product Delivery Professional to spearhead the delivery of end-to-end digital solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving successful project outcomes.
About the OpportunityThis role combines product delivery and Scrum Master responsibilities. You will oversee one dedicated cross-functional team with multiple Product Owners, working closely with our largest client. The role involves aligning our client and team objectives, delivering high-quality work, prioritizing tasks with our POs, and focusing on team health and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with multiple vendors and stakeholders
- Managing external and internal dependencies
- Keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates
- Identifying and mitigating risks
- Coordinating releases and ensuring timely delivery
You will lead an agile squad of business analysts, engineers, and testers, delivering digital projects that exceed client expectations. Familiarity with digital technologies, web and mobile development, UX/UI, and data analytics is highly desirable. You should have excellent leadership, facilitation, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and knowledge of Lean principles to improve processes.
