Job Title

Senior Marketing Leadership Role

This senior marketing leadership role is part of the global sales force strategy and operations team, helping shape critical sales priorities and working with sales leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing comprehensive marketing strategies for IT buyers, including multi-channel campaigns and buyer journeys to drive lead generation, appointments, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead as Director of B2B Marketing for the Asia Pacific and Japan region with executive presence.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to drive top-line revenue and increase seller productivity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Research, and Global Marketing partners to align marketing activities and priorities.
  • Present plans, forecasts, and performance reviews clearly to leadership, describing marketing initiatives and insights to evaluate and optimize performance.
  • Manage a team and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while fostering a positive team culture across APJ.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • 10+ years' direct experience in related B2B marketing roles.
  • 5+ years managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
