Overview

As a senior marketing leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global sales strategy and operations.

The team is responsible for driving tactical and analytical insights to support the sales force, delivering revenue growth.

You will partner with business leaders across the organization to support a global sales force comprised of thousands of associates who sell to every major function, industry, and market sector worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead as Director of B2B Marketing for a region with an executive presence.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for buyers in IT organizations, including multi-channel campaigns and buyer journeys to drive lead generation, appointments, sales enablement, and event support.
  • Collaborate in a matrixed environment with Sales, Product, Research, and global marketing partners to align marketing activities and priorities.
  • Execute leveraging various centers of excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • 10+ years' direct experience in related B2B marketing roles.
  • 5+ years managing a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot branding opportunities and drive execution.
