Key Considerations
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Customer Acquisition: Leverage data-driven decision making to optimize marketing performance, reduce CAC, and improve ROAS across all channels.
  • Team Development: Build and lead a world-class marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and entrepreneurship.
  • International Expansion: Identify and scale new acquisition opportunities in international markets while maintaining efficiency.
  • Performance-First Mindset: Drive performance marketing across paid social, affiliates, YouTube, and podcasts, continuously testing and optimizing creative, funnel performance, and attribution models.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years total marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles driving performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling global DTC brands to $100M+ in revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to profitably manage annual paid budgets in DTC e-commerce.
  • Expertise in all major marketing channels, including paid media, influencer marketing, SEO, email, and social media.
  • Deep experience in funnel optimization, creative testing, and attribution models.
  • Strong ability to lead and mentor large, cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging advanced data to inform strategy.
  • Experience expanding into international markets and scaling operations globally.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with entrepreneurial drive.
  • Passion for wellness and a commitment to innovation in the wellness and beauty space.
