Are you looking for a career that offers work-life balance? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainer/Assessor in Aged Care and Disability.

This role involves designing, planning, delivering, and evaluating training and assessment to students. You will also be responsible for mentoring students through their course and providing ongoing support on their learning journey.

You will ensure the successful delivery of nationally endorsed CHC Training Package for the following accredited courses:

  • CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
  • CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability)

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support, and/or CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support, as well as current industry experience. You will also need to have TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor) and assessors must satisfy the Standards for Registered Training Organisations' requirements for assessors.
