Marketing Leadership Role

We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive innovative brand awareness, strengthen social engagement, and build meaningful partnerships.

About the Position
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand presence across channels.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and deliver PR, social media, influencer, and content initiatives.
  • Drive business growth through data-driven insights, campaign analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design seasonal marketing campaigns and calendars for Unison and Commonry.
  • Collaborate with concession and retail partners to develop joint marketing plans.
  • Manage media relations, PR initiatives, product launches, and industry events.
  • Analyse campaign results and report on marketing effectiveness and competitor activity.
Ideal Candidate
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, PR, social media, and campaign management.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and motivate a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Insight into national and international retail, fashion, and marketing trends.
