We are seeking a medical receptionist with a genuine passion for customer service and patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy environment where you will be the first point of contact for our dermatology and cosmetic practice.
\The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation and communication skills, enjoy process-driven systems, and be great at multitasking. They must also have experience in medical administration or a deep desire to work in this field.

- Attending to incoming calls and patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient files\
- Administrative tasks such as scanning and linking medical records, printing and distributing letters, and processing patient accounts\
