We want you as our Talent Acquisition Lead
In this role, you will craft and execute recruitment strategies, work with leadership to align hiring with business goals, enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand.
You will report to the Manager Human Resources Services and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors, based in Brisbane.About YouWe seek a recruitment professional with a strong track record in talent acquisition and leadership, including:5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategiesStrong knowledge of ATS, recruitment tools, and data analyticsCommitment to diversity, inclusion, and high-performing talent pipelinesUnderstanding of employment laws and recruitment best practicesLeadership and mentoring skillsMEGT is committed to child safety and equal opportunity.
