Procurement Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Assistant to join our Commercial Team. As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the team with new brands, product onboarding, inventory management, supplier relationships, promotional activity, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales and provide analysis within categories and promotional activity
• Assist new stores with opening orders
• Support with all promotional activity
• Maintain data integrity within the POS system in accordance with Supplier trading terms
• Monitor Sales and Purchase Order & Replenishment with the Ecommerce team
• Liaise with suppliers on promotional activity & follow up
• Manage communication to the network
• Manage project timelines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in retail buying / planning
• Outstanding organizational and strong administration skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills (especially Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build robust relationships

Estimated Salary: AU$ 65,000 - AU$ 80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
