Procurement Specialist

As a leading provider of hair and beauty products in Australia, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Commercial Team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' proven experience in retail buying/planning and outstanding organizational skills. They will be responsible for monitoring sales, providing analysis, and supporting new stores with opening orders.
- Monitor sales and provide analysis within categories and promotional activity
- Assist new stores with opening orders
- Support with all promotional activity
- Maintain data integrity within the POS system in accordance with supplier trading terms
- Monitor Sales and Purchase Order & Replenishment with the Ecommerce team
- Liaise with suppliers on promotional activity & follow up
- Manage communication to the network
- Manage project timelines
- A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in retail buying/planning
- Outstanding organizational and strong administration skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills (especially Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build robust relationships
