Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with our General Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

This role requires a self-motivated and proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and grow our client base.

  • Identify and engage new clients across various industries including construction, flooring, tiling, and building products.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and drive growth.
  • Develop and deliver accurate quotes tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fieldwork and client visits to identify new business opportunities.
  • Quoting and pricing to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Relationship-building and account management to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • A proven ability to build client relationships and deliver results.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of construction or flooring products (advantageous, but not essential — we will provide full training).
