Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimising logistics processes and ensuring the efficient movement of inventory and shipments.

Your work will have a direct impact on our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and objectives. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet their requirements.

You will also be involved in processing customer inquiries, preparing offers and controlling order processing from acceptance to completion. Additionally, you will integrate and maintain customer data, create reports for analysis and optimisation, and expand our portfolio of existing customers through development of new business and acquisition of new clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have a strong background in logistics and operations, with experience in customer relationship management and process improvement.

You will also need to be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
