Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights that inform business decisions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience working with large datasets and creating interactive reports using tools such as Power BI.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholdersAnalyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop recommendations for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualizations and reporting solutionsProvide training and support to users on data analysis and visualization tools and techniques

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Tableau
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • A strong understanding of data governance principles and practices
