Job Overview

Our team is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead two of our pharmacies, enjoying variety, patient interaction and professional services. The role offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle with close proximity to the city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rotate between two well-established pharmacies, taking charge during shifts and supporting a busy dispensary team.
  • Engage directly with customers, provide advice on OTC and prescription medications, check Webster packs, administer vaccinations, and contribute to high standards of professional service.
  • Work alongside a strong team, including 3-4 pharmacists on duty each day, supported by 4 dispensary technicians and a retail team of 30.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Confidence in delivering professional services, including vaccinations, is preferred but not essential.
