Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our OT team. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for occupational therapy and be excited about the opportunity to grow professionally while leading your own team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating frameworks that promote clinical excellence and client-centred care. You will also have the opportunity to lead and grow your own team, play a pivotal role in implementing strategies that enhance professional growth and team cohesion, and collaborate with other health professionals to provide a holistic care approach.

About the Role
  • Developing and implementing clinical frameworks for occupational therapy
  • Enhancing policies and procedures to improve clinical efficiency
  • Working with funding schemes including NDIS and Aged Care to deliver Functional Capacity Assessments; Home Modifications & Minor Modifications; Supported Independent Living Modifications; Assistive Technology Prescription
  • Collaborating with other health professionals to provide a holistic care approach
  • Strategising and nurturing relationships with referrers and clients
  • Fostering a positive team culture and clinic core values

About You
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Current APHRA registration
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • Passionate, motivated and able to have fun
