About the Role

As a Lead Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role involves leading a team of pharmacists and technicians across two locations, providing professional services and supporting customer needs.

You will be responsible for managing dispensary operations, engaging with customers, and contributing to a high standard of service. Full-time and part-time options are available, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate between two well-established pharmacies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to combine professional growth with a great work-life balance. You will work alongside a strong team, supported by experienced colleagues and a retail team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage dispensary operations, including checking Webster packs and administering vaccinations
  • Engage directly with customers, providing counselling on a broad range of OTC and prescription medications
  • Contribute to a high standard of professional service, working alongside a strong team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
  • Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
