Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and manage various curriculum-related projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful implementation of these projects and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

This role is critical in helping us achieve our educational objectives. You will be responsible for managing project communications, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and developing business cases and project initiation documentation.

Additionally, you will assist in coordinating the implementation of project plans and initiatives, ensuring they align with project objectives and timelines. You will also provide executive-level support for project committees, working parties, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Qualifications & Experience: A relevant degree and significant experience in a related field or a combination of education and training that equates to the necessary expertise.
  • Course Design Knowledge: A strong understanding of course structure and design requirements, ensuring high-quality educational offerings.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilization of online educational technologies to enhance learning experiences and streamline course delivery.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities, effectively coordinating and implementing projects while prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for engaging with diverse individuals. Sensitivity to cross-cultural issues and a commitment to providing a client-focused service are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Well-developed written and oral communication skills, allowing for clear and professional exchange of information.
  • Problem Solving: Initiative in addressing challenges, particularly with non-standard issues, employing creative problem-solving techniques.
  • Team Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing positively to group objectives.
