We are seeking a senior educator to lead our curriculum development and implementation.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced educator to take on a leadership role in shaping the educational direction of our organization. As a Curriculum Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality curriculums that meet the needs of our children and educators.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best. You will also have a strong understanding of contemporary educational practices and be able to apply this knowledge to deliver innovative and effective curriculums.

This is a full-time position that offers a range of benefits, including flexible shift arrangements, above-award wages, and personalized coaching and support from our Director of Education and Quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality curriculums that meet the needs of our children and educators
  • Coach and mentor educators to improve their teaching practices and achieve their best
  • Model and promote contemporary educational practices and the Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to curriculum and education
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Experience as an educational leader highly regarded
