Job Description:

The Training Curriculum Developer will lead a team in creating and maintaining high-quality training programs for our Autonomous Operations Team.

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum covering key areas of Autonomy System Operation, safety procedures, protocols, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop user manuals, guides, and online documentation to support training programs.
  • Conduct needs analysis of site-based roles and tasks to identify training requirements.
  • Deliver training sessions or webinars for internal and customer personnel.
  • Verify competency of employees in Autonomous Road Train tasks.
  • Facilitate the storage and control of all training documentation for reporting and auditing compliance.

Requirements:

- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122) or equivalent qualification.

- Previous experience in a training/assessor role in a mining, oil, and gas, industrial environment.

- Experience developing a comprehensive training curriculum.

- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.

- Document control experience.

- Current C-class driver's license.

- Eligibility to work in Australia and provide evidence.

- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last twelve months) or able to obtain.

Desired Qualifications:

- Knowledge of mining regulations and core safety procedures.

- Experience working in a mining environment with Automation.

- Change management experience.

- Experience with new technologies from development to deployment.
