About This Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to provide high-quality pastoral care services in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient-centered care, addressing the spiritual and emotional needs of patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
  • Support the Mission Integration Manager and/or Pastoral Care Coordinator in visiting clergy and staff to meet spiritual and emotional needs.
  • Provide comfort and support to patients while respecting individual beliefs and practices.
  • Assist with coordination of memorial services for deceased patients.
What You Bring
  • A Clinical Pastoral Education qualification or studies in theology/religious education or counselling/psychology.
  • Previous experience providing pastoral care support in clinical or equivalent environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • A demonstrated ability to build rapport, trust, empathy, or strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
