Customer Service Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.


About the Role

The purpose of this position is to provide outstanding customer service by identifying and supporting customers to explore their current and future financial needs, provisioning relevant financial products and services, and facilitating referrals to specialist teams where required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through regular contact, proactive lead management, seeking referral opportunities, executing customer loan maintenance needs and coaching Customer Service Officers.
  • Develop customer relationships through a personalized approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment and go above and beyond for customers and colleagues.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service experience, preferably in banking; exposure to consumer lending is advantageous.
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships and create positive customer experiences.
  • Strong team player who contributes to a collaborative environment and goes above and beyond for customers and colleagues.
  • Personalized approach to interactions with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
