Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective customer service strategies, providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Manage an extensive business development program, including event planning and coordination.
  • Lead the growth of our customer list, including key stakeholders, and develop strategic engagement plans.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales or business development within the commercial construction industry.
  • Understanding of commercial construction processes, building trades, and commercial frameworks.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and customer service skills.
