We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Experience Strategist to join our team at Saab Australia. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong attraction, retention, and engagement, and bringing our company culture and values to life through the development and maintenance of fit-for-purpose people experience programs and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver strategies and projects within the People Experience portfolio, covering culture and values, engagement and retention, attraction and employer brand, diversity and inclusion, and induction and onboarding.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to gain insights and ideas, seek input and feedback, and facilitate or partner with committees to ensure sustainable and inspiring people experience programs are recommended and developed.
  • Develop and maintain reports, databases, and spreadsheets to enable timely and accurate information and advice on the performance of people experience initiatives.
  • Maintain awareness and insights of the external business environment to ensure Saab maintains competitive positioning to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and understanding across many aspects of People Experience and the importance of aligning leadership capability, culture, and business practices to corporate strategy and objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in a People Experience-aligned role, including embedding org-wide changes and user-friendly, engaging communications, preferably within a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying successful org-wide strategic programs, process improvements, and practices across the people experience focus areas.
  • Excellent data interpretation and analytical skills, including producing quality reports and insights to inform recommendations and decision-making.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Psychology, Organisational Change, Project Management, HR, or any other related field or equivalent industry experience.
