As a Customer Banking Specialist with our Penrith High Street Branch, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced professional who can provide expert advice on home loans, business banking, and financial services. You'll work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and develop personalized plans to help them achieve success.

You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and driving innovation within our branch. This will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, as well as collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and ideas.
