Assistant Property Manager Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Sydney CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop and implement commercial property management solutions, maximizing the performance of client assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain orderly financial management and lease administration procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants regarding lease administration matters.
  • Update tenancy schedules and track key action dates to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including financial analysis and diary updates.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the presentation and maintenance of property assets.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in a Property-related field or relevant experience in residential or commercial property management.
  • Current Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain it.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
