Job Description

As a key member of the human resources team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's local recruitment efforts in Sydney are successful. Your primary responsibility will be to post recruitment information, screen resumes, and arrange interviews to attract suitable talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee onboarding, resignation, and regularization procedures to maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Establish and maintain employee files, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of personnel information.
  • Assist in formulating and improving human resource management systems and processes to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Sydney.
  • Be responsible for employee relationship management, handling inquiries and complaints, organizing activities, and fostering team cohesion.
  • Support salary and welfare management, including calculation, social security, and provident fund handling.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in Sydney.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and human resource management processes in Sydney.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in office software.
