  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives including benefits harmonisation, employee engagement action plans, policy integration, and more.
  • Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the remuneration review process, ensuring internal equity and benchmarking performance-based outcomes.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Background in highly regulated environments such as financial services.
  • Excellent communication and partnering skills, with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
