Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to support the delivery of infrastructure and renewable energy projects across NSW.

This role involves working closely with internal teams, contractors, and regulators to develop and monitor environmental management plans, conduct inspections, and provide practical advice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental legislation, spatial systems, and stakeholder engagement, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A degree in Environmental Engineering, Engineering Science, Natural Resources Management, or a related field is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental and safety legislation relevant to electricity networks or similar infrastructure is required.
  • Proficiency in spatial systems and software to support environmental planning and decision-making is necessary.
  • Practical experience in assessing environmental impacts and resolving property-related issues with stakeholders is highly valued.
  • A willingness and ability to travel frequently across NSW, including overnight stays at regional sites, is expected.
