Card Fraud Payment Disputes Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Card Fraud Payment Disputes Officer to join our team at Great Southern Bank. As a key member of our Financial Crime team, you will play a critical role in investigating and resolving card fraud disputes, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve card dispute cases in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage Visa and Mastercard dispute cases to achieve the best possible results for our customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent communication and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and improve processes
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in customer service or financial services. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have advanced computer skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
