About the Role

The HR Insights and Analytics Advisor role involves designing and developing value-added reports by identifying needs and addressing specific requests of the business. The role provides quality service to key stakeholders by collecting, structuring, analysing and reporting on HR and safety data.

This is a high-level advisory position requiring a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of human resources principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
