About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support accurate HR information systems and efficient human resources operations.

This role involves coordinating data-related activities for organisational changes, enterprise agreement updates, and people processes within our team.

As a trusted point of contact, you will provide data guidance and support to various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining robust employee data.

You will also contribute to system support activities such as process mapping, user acceptance testing for HR system updates, and maintenance of HR forms and automation workflows.

Your work will enhance the delivery of human resources services and improve the experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data analysis and accuracy
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Clear communication and problem-solving
  • Human resources experience in complex environments
  • Knowledge of human resources frameworks, awards, and fair work legislation
Required Skills
  • MS Office 365 products, Excel & Power BI
  • MS Forms/Lists/Power Automate
  • Success Factors or similar HRIS – including EC organisation structures and position management
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of process flows and system relationships
  • Knowledge of utilities, energy, or resources industry sectors (desirable)
