Lead Financial Strategist

The role of Lead Financial Strategist involves overseeing the hotel's financial operations and ensuring asset security.

This includes reporting on the hotel's financial state, making recommendations to improve profitability, and serving as the primary point of contact for all financial and accounting issues with owners, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

Key responsibilities include providing timely financial analysis and reporting for effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations and be able to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct everyday financial activity, plan, and assign work to ensure the right staffing numbers.
  • Develop and coach team members through performance and development goals.
  • Train colleagues to deliver with compliance and provide them with the tools they need to work efficiently.
  • Recommend or initiate HR-related actions when necessary.
  • Maintain connections with key contacts including owners, asset managers, guests, and regulatory agencies as required.

Location: Hayman Island, with remote work arrangements available after the onboarding period.
