Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Roster Clerk to support our critical rostering functions.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, requiring collaboration with stakeholders to understand factors affecting workforce plans and rostering processes.
Key Responsibilities- Minimum 2 years' experience in scheduling/rostering or relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to use databases and Microsoft office suite programs
- Demonstrated experience interpreting Awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments and roster optimisation
- Demonstrated experience or commitment to customer service focus
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A friendly disposition when dealing with employees and stakeholders
