Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Aboriginal Teacher Assistant to join our team at Holy Rosary School in Derby, Western Australia.

About the Role

This is a full-time/part-time negotiable, temporary position that requires the successful candidate to support the Catholic ethos and work collaboratively with our staff to provide students with the tools and learning experiences to flourish in a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of students' unique gifts and talents in and out of the classroom.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve educational goals.
  • Have sound ICT skills and the ability to work independently as required.
  • Be an organised staff member who shows initiative, flexibility, and displays a positive outlook.
Selection Criteria
  • Be prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Relevant qualification or working towards.
  • A valid Working with Children Check Card in Western Australia.
