About the Role

This is a full-time/part-time position, working on a temporary basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting teachers in the classroom, providing support to students, and contributing to the overall learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in the delivery of educational programs and activities
  • Provide individualized support to students, including academic and social support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and resources
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to achieve educational goals
Selection Criteria

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and committed to supporting the needs of our students. The successful applicant will possess:

  • A strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Sound ICT skills and ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Qualifications and Experience

The successful applicant will hold a relevant qualification or be working towards one. They will also have experience working in an educational setting, preferably with Aboriginal students.
