As a seasoned Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's product strategy forward. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the internal and external contracting process of year-round and tactical rates.

About the Role

This critical position involves negotiating high-level deals with key suppliers to deliver product range and long-term business growth for assigned destinations.

You will be responsible for managing contra and add fee advertising budgets, reviewing performance against agreed targets.

Liaising with key airline partners to deliver tactical airfares that drive margin and volume is another key responsibility. You will also grow commissions and deliver accurate product information to the marketing team and customer consultants via the Operations Manager and Reservations Training Manager.

Working closely with the Product Team to develop staff, identify and introduce process improvements will be crucial to your success.

About You

Exceptional negotiation skills at all levels, a performance-driven attitude along with exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong leadership skills, and proven strategic thinking experience are all essential qualities for this role.

A proven ability to manage campaign timelines with key internal stakeholders, a supportive positive attitude, and customer focus are also required.
