We are looking for a vibrant, energetic and results driven EA. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide executive assistance and support to the Executive Team to achieve the goals and priorities. Operating in a busy, varied and dynamic environment you will be expected to use your initiative to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

You will also maintain an in-depth awareness of relevant issues and projects, manage and coordinate approvals and document workflows, and collate, review or draft agendas and meeting papers. In addition, you will establish and maintain an effective records management system, utilising innovative technology solutions, for efficient operation and coordination of workflows for the CEO.

To be successful in this position, you will need an attention to detail, a commitment to excellent customer service as well as substantial relevant Executive Assistant experience supporting an Executive or equivalent senior member of a large, complex organisation. Flexible and adaptive, you will enjoy leveraging your practical knowledge of recent technology tools, solutions, and trends to solve work-related problems. Therefore, you must have strong digital skills including in the use of MS Office, shared calendars and mailboxes. In addition, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines.

Note: A Current National Police Clearance is a requirement for this position.
