Job Title

This is a full-time, permanent role that involves leading a team in road construction and maintenance activities.

  • Ensure the completion of tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Supervise a team to meet service standards and objectives.
  • Maintain and repair infrastructure such as culverts, signs, footpaths, and kerbing.
  • Assist with work planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor and control equipment performance.
  • Carry out minor repairs and line marking.
  • Supervise the construction of quality infrastructure services.
  • Operate plant and equipment safely.
Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a current Heavy Combination (HC) Licence.
  • Hold a Construction Induction Certificate (White Card).
  • Experience in civil construction activities.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in supervising staff and managing plant and materials.
