Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and supporting the success of our store.

About the Role
  • Handle customers at the front desk, greeting them warmly and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Support sales inquiries and contribute to the store's success by developing strong relationships with audiologists.
  • Be the first point of contact for the Store, meeting all new customers and handling incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Provide customers with accurate information and best quality services, maintaining good relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Actively participate in revenue generation on the clinic and canvass for business opportunities.
  • Seamlessly coordinate among sales teams and audiologists, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

  • A total customer champion who demonstrates devotion to delivering exceptional care and service.
  • Someone who is computer literate, including basic knowledge of software applications and internal databases or appointment booking systems.
  • A sales professional with the ability to support audiologists in servicing new and existing clients and achieving sales targets.
  • A pro-active mindset with a willingness to be flexible, agile, and react positively to change.
  • Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
