Job Description

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence within the warehouse. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join our Trade Centre team to champion a safety-first culture, provide top-notch service, and assist with day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion a zero-harm environment by ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with stock movements, maintenance, and inventory counts.
  • Load trucks with customer orders for distribution, adhering to safety requirements.
  • Unload inbound orders of stock, maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform warehouse operations, including picking orders and general housekeeping.
  • Hold a valid forklift licence to perform duties within the warehouse.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail. A valid forklift licence is also required.
