Job Title: Claims Specialist

The primary purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  • Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner, meeting average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
  • Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online
  • Processing vehicles onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinating with suppliers to record additional work and obtain authorisation
  • Supporting production management as required
  • Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Handing over completed repairs to customers

This role will work within our network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunity.

You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and skills with computers while interacting with a range of people.

About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar position, including the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Experience with AudaNet would be highly desirable
  • iBody experience desirable but not necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excel experience an advantage but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to problem-solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Strong commitment to working safely
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
